We’re looking for an experienced LCSW or LCPC to join us. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of clinical experience, including private practice, and a strong background in trauma and couples work. If you’re passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate trauma, identity, relationships, and life transitions, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using a strengths-based, relational approach.
Support clients with diverse needs, always centering their lived experiences and identities.
Contribute to an interdependent team culture, where collaboration, shared knowledge, and mutual support strengthen our work.
Engage in consultations and team meetings, knowing that our collective wisdom makes us all better clinicians.
Stay curious—engage in ongoing professional development and learning.
Who You Are:
A licensed LCSW or LCPC with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience, including private practice.
Experienced in working with couples and families, as well as individuals navigating trauma and identity.
Committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care to diverse communities.
Skilled in trauma-informed, relational, and inclusive approaches to therapy.
A collaborative, reflective clinician who values connection, growth, and working within an interdependent system.
