THEY/THEM

I enjoy supporting folks navigating dissociation, shame, complex trauma, neurodivergence, plurality/multiplicity of self, and substance use. As a queer, trans, relational therapist, I am informed by lived experience and through more than 10 years working in case management, peer support, and community mental health. My approach is compassionate and grounded, integrating parts work, liberation and disability justice values, somatic practices, and harm reduction principles. Many of the people I work with identify as LGBTQ+, creatives, neurodivergent, helpers, and cycle breakers.

Your parts are not something to be “fixed,” they are coherent to your story and identities. They are how you survived and responded to trauma, internalized stigma, oppressive systems, and relational harm. However, you might feel frustrated with or dissociated from these parts. Maybe you find that they don’t keep you as safe anymore, they impact your relationships, or your ability to show up how you want to. By working together to understand how these parts helped you, the conditions and systems they respond to, we can attune to your inherent wisdom and discover new ways forward that make sense for your life.

Showing up to therapy with all your complexities and humanness, you will find a nonjudgmental space to slow down, build safety in relationship, and explore all parts of you. Working together, we will identify ways to deepen your connection and access to the tools, strengths, relationships, community, and creativity you already possess.
