I am a clinical intern committed to supporting individuals and communities navigating the strengths and challenges in their lives.

Together, we can explore the experiences that shape your mental health, including identity, relationships, trauma, life transitions, and the impact of social and systemic inequities. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered to better understand yourself.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in cultural humility. I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with a relationship built on trust and genuine curiosity. I recognize that our mental health is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by the families, communities, cultures, and systems in which we live.

As a developing clinician, I draw from evidence-based practices while remaining attentive to each person’s unique needs. My hope is to create a therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences openly, develop greater self-understanding, and feel supported in creating meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes both residential and community-based mental health settings. My work with LGBTQIA+ youth has deepened my understanding of how identity, stigma, discrimination, and systemic barriers can shape a person’s sense of safety and belonging. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
