a trauma informed group practice

Counseling, to me, is a space to look deeper into what’s most true for you. I’m especially drawn to transitions, turning points, the moments when something in life is shifting.
As a graduate student in Pastoral Counseling, I welcome the spiritual and religious dimensions of your life into the room, in whatever form that takes. I work with the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
I offer a warm, curious, honest presence – affirming your strengths as we explore what’s difficult. I see symptoms as information, not problems to fix, and I trust you as the expert of your own experience. You’re not broken; you’re coping with a hard world the best way you know how.
My 20 years as a certified ASL interpreter shaped how I listen and attune, and gave me a grounded multicultural awareness. I’m fluent in ASL and welcome Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients to work with me directly.
If this resonates, reach out – I’d love to talk and see if we’re a good fit.
